Before.

Most people see an old building.

We see an opportunity to create something that will add value to the neighbourhood for decades to come.

We’re currently working with the local authority through the pre-application stage, refining proposals for this fantastic site.

Early days—but we’re excited by what’s possible.

Keep following to see the transformation unfold.
