This week it wasn’t a full bathroom for a change! 🤣

We’ve been busy with a few different jobs instead. For one customer, we completed a utility room and flooring, giving the space a fresh new look.

Another customer had just bought a property and wasn’t keen on the existing disabled shower area, so we replaced it with a new shower cubicle 🚿

They also weren’t a fan of the radiator, so we swapped that out for a brand-new towel radiator — much more practical and a nice little upgrade! 🔥

Another busy week with a bit of everything! 💪🔧

Another bathroom transformation completed in Monton! 👌

Our customer was struggling to get in and out of the bath, and with both the bathroom and WC being very small, accessibility had become a real issue.

We removed the dividing brick wall to create one larger, open space, giving them a bathroom that’s much safer, more practical, and easier to use every day.

The new bathroom features:
✅ Large walk-in shower
✅ Comfort-height toilet
✅ Grab rails for extra support
✅ Bright, modern, and spacious design

Sometimes it’s not just about making a bathroom look good—it’s about improving someone’s quality of life. We’re delighted with how this one turned out.

This customer had their bathroom fitted by a local installer in their area. 🤠

What made it even worse was that they had bought their bathroom suite from a showroom, and the showroom recommended the fitter.

Unfortunately, it turned into a complete nightmare. 😔

Within just 3 weeks…

❌ Wall panels had been cut incorrectly, meaning the customer had to keep buying more.
❌ The flooring was already lifting.
❌ The cuts around the doorway and shaver socket were shocking.
❌ The radiator literally fell off the wall while I was there because it had been fixed into plasterboard using the wrong fixings. Thankfully, nobody was hurt.

When we were asked to inspect the bathroom, I honestly couldn’t believe what I was looking at. 👀

Sadly, there was no way of repairing it…

💥 Everything had to be ripped out (apart from the shower tray) and started again from scratch.

So that’s exactly what we did…

✅ New wall panels supplied and fitted.
✅ Brand-new ceiling.
✅ Floor levelled.
✅ New flooring laid.
✅ Bathroom completely re-fitted to the standard it should have been from day one.

The customer has now got the bathroom they originally paid for and deserved. 🙌
