It’s rarely random.
And it’s almost never “just paperwork.”

Most rejections happen because of:

• Fire regulations not addressed properly
• Drawings that don’t coordinate
• Changes made on site without approval

The frustrating part?

Here’s a quick look at what we’ve been working on at A&C Structural Design this week.

1 – Large Padel Court. 20 meters Span steel portal frame study case.

2 – Small Padel Court Canopy. 10m span steel portal frame canopy design 📍Leisure Park Basildon

3 – Structural assessment on the proposed Stud Wall System and report on performance.

4 – Boat House Extension. Design of steel and timber frame of the two storey dwelling for Building Control approval.

5 – New Build Residential Apartments. We have secured a new contract for structural services of a new 4-storey building. 📍 Colchester
