🔵⚪️ Groundwell Warehouse, Swindon – Internal & External Redecoration

🏢 The Client

Howard Tenens Limited required a specialist contractor to prepare a large warehouse facility in Groundwell for remarketing. Following the previous tenant's departure, the building needed a complete refresh to create a clean, modern appearance and maximise its appeal to prospective tenants.

🎯 The Challenge

The project covered more than 12,000m² of internal and external surfaces, including extensive brickwork, blockwork, warehouse areas, and offices. With the property needing to return to the market quickly, ACS Coatings had to deliver a high-quality finish within a demanding two-week programme.

🛠 Our Approach

ACS Coatings delivered a complete redecoration programme across the facility.

Works included:

• Redecoration of internal and external brickwork
• Treatment of blockwork surfaces
• Full redecoration of office areas
• Uniform white coating throughout
• Airless spray application for fast, consistent coverage

Thorough preparation, cleaning, repairs, and priming were completed before the new coatings were applied, ensuring a durable and consistent finish.

⚙️ Project Delivery

A team of six operatives worked extended shifts throughout the two-week programme to maximise productivity. Airless spraying was used across large areas, with roller application used where greater detail and coverage were required.

The team worked systematically through the warehouse and office areas, maintaining quality while ensuring the project stayed on schedule.

🏆 The Result

The 12,000m² facility was transformed into a bright, clean, and market-ready commercial property within just two weeks.

The new finish improved the building's overall presentation while providing durable protection to the treated surfaces. The client praised ACS Coatings for the speed of delivery, quality of workmanship, and ability to complete such a large-scale refurbishment within a tight timeframe.
