New timber floor installed this week due to woodworm infestation & lack of ventilation under sub floor.

✅ Property in Atherton this week was suffering from infestation & condensation issues under the floor area, on surveying the property it was found no ventilation was installed to the front of this bungalow, causing rot to occur with damp smells arising & mould throughout the underside of the floor.

✅ Chemical treatment was applied to all new/existing joists, all new timbers wrapped in DPC membrane isolating all timbers from masonry brickwork and new floor installed.

✅ All waste removed by our team and subfloor is now ventilated with an extra 6 vents to each elevation.

🔥 Damp course & re plastering starting over in Oldham this morning. 🔥

Clean & tidy ness is our main priority to our clients, so by going the extra mile protecting this clients fixed floor coverings was crucial before works started.

All plaster is now removed, ready for damp course to be installed & re plastering to start.

🔥 Sump pump, drainage, & re plastering 🔥

Due to the extremely bad weather getting worse every year, this property in Darwen was suffering from waters flooding the ground floor of their property.

As half the property was below ground, we had to treat this installation to basement requirements. I.E suitable drainage, a pump system & membrane all walls floor to ceiling. Our team installed and created sufficient aqua channel drainage along the retaining wall before sinking the sump pump system to floor level.

All waters are now pumped to an external drain & no flooding will occur in this property. Also insulation backed plasterboarding was installed to keep sufficient heat in the property.

Both bathrooms are now ready for re tiling and new bathroom to be installed.

Customer gave 5* review and was extremely happy with our services provided.

Chimney breast in atherton this week was suffering from condensation/mould issues. ❌

The correct way to complete this works was to remove plaster to the ceiling height and tank the wall with our cavity drain membrane ✅

Client is now ready to have media wall completed and re plastered.
