Work is well underway on this project, where we’re transforming a family home from a four-bedroom property into a five-bedroom home with a brand new double-storey extension.

The extension will create a fantastic new master bedroom complete with an en suite and walk-in wardrobe, giving the family the extra space they need while adding a whole new level of functionality to the property.

As you can see in the video, the project hasn’t been without its challenges. One of the biggest was getting the steel beam into position. Normally, we’d use a crane for a job like this, but with overhead wires and pylons surrounding the property, we had to come up with an alternative method to safely get the beam where it needed to go.

This is all part of the process when taking on a project of this scale, and we’ll be showing you plenty more as this extension comes together.

This property was in serious need of some TLC, so we stepped in and carried out a full home renovation from top to bottom.

The previous tenants had left the property in a bit of a state, with a leak from the bathroom even causing a huge hole in the kitchen ceiling. In fact, the whole property was almost unlivable.

We stripped everything right back to the bare bricks and started again, completely transforming the property and creating a finished home tailored exactly to our customer’s requirements.

And the end result? We think it looks absolutely fantastic.

Take a look at this property we recently completed a large home extension for in Hyde.

By extending the property, we were able to almost double the size of the existing kitchen and dining area, creating a much more spacious and practical space for the family, just in time for the arrival of their newborn baby.

For now, the remaining work has been put on hold while the family settles into their new routine and enjoys this exciting time as new parents. Once they are ready, we’ll be returning to complete the downstairs toilet area and continue expanding on the existing work.

As you can see, the new kitchen looks absolutely fantastic and the extension has made a huge difference to the property, creating a much larger space for the family to enjoy.

Take a look at this fantastic transformation.

We took this unused conservatory and turned it into a bright, comfortable and fully functional orangery, giving the family a new space to enjoy all year round.

The room now features a comfortable seating area and full bifold doors that open straight out onto the garden, making it the perfect space for relaxing and entertaining.

The customers also wanted to make the room work better for their pets, so we fitted internal blinds within the bifold doors. This helps prevent their pets from scratching at the windows whenever someone arrives at the door.

The Velux roof windows are fully electric too, meaning they can all be operated at the touch of a button. They even have rain sensors, so they’ll automatically close if it starts to rain.

And because every home is different, we even fitted a cat flap directly into one of the windows.

This project is a great example of how you can take an unused conservatory and completely transform it into a practical room that feels like a real part of your home.
