Yesterday, we welcomed some of our valued customers to the RISCO UK Innovation Suite for a round-table discussion focused on future developments and how we can improve our overall product and service offering.

Hearing directly from those using and installing our systems every day helps us understand their priorities and explore where RISCO can make the biggest difference.

A special thank you to KHG Security Ltd, Arena Security Limited, Dragon Security & Electrical Ltd, MES Systems - Fire & Security, Echo Systems UK and Crown Security for their valuable contributions to the day.

The session brought customers together with RISCO Global Co-CEO Maor Alkelai and Global Product Management Leader Omer Alkelai to share practical experience, ideas and feedback.

Meet Stacy Holmes, one of the people helping to keep RISCO UK’s customer experience running smoothly.

Stacy has been part of RISCO for 12 years and works as our Customer Contact Co-ordinator. She helps keep communication flowing between customers and the wider UK team, drawing on more than a decade of knowledge and the relationships she has built during her time with the business.

Away from RISCO, Stacy is the proud mum of an 11-year-old son. She has also recently discovered a love of hiking expeditions, giving her a new way to switch off, explore and enjoy the outdoors. Our customers know they can rely on Stacy, and so do all of us at RISCO.

If you have installed RISCO systems in the UK or Ireland, there is a good chance you will have met Glyn Riley. During more than 20 years with RISCO, Glyn has built an exceptional level of technical knowledge and earned enormous respect from installers and colleagues alike.

As UK & Ireland Senior Sales Engineer, he has spent years on the road working directly with customers, helping them understand systems, solve challenges and get the best from RISCO technology.

Glyn has now taken on the additional role of Global Tech Support Engineer. This dual position allows him to continue supporting UK and Irish installers while sharing his experience and technical expertise with RISCO teams and customers around the world.

Away from work, Glyn is a proud dad of three and grandad of four. He also enjoys seeing the world from the deck of a cruise ship whenever he gets the opportunity.

Whether he is supporting an installer on site or helping resolve a technical question from further afield, customers know they are in very experienced hands with Glyn.

Today, we’re hosting a hands-on training session at our offices to explore the full potential of VUpoint AI and the solutions within the RISCO ecosystem. 📹🤖🚨
 
Configuration, AI, video + intrusion integration, real-life use cases and, above all, plenty of questions and shared experiences.
👨‍🔧 Because knowing the technology inside out is key to getting more out of every installation and delivering greater value to customers.

We had the chance to catch up with Corey Davey ( ) from , one of the talented Skills for Security apprentices who took part in a RISCO class with our Global e-Learning Lead, David Berry.

And there was even more to celebrate —
Corey was recently recognised with an award at the Skills for Security 2026 Awards!

We spoke about his journey so far, the skills he’s developing today, and his perspective on the present and future of the security industry. It’s inspiring to see the next generation of professionals building their expertise and taking their first steps towards becoming the people who will shape our industry tomorrow.

At the for Security Awards, we also had the chance to catch up with Rob Rathbone from KHG Security — and what a journey it’s been! 👏

Rob was once an apprentice himself, and today he’s playing an important role in shaping the security industry and helping create opportunities for the next generation of talent.

Last year, Rob and the team at KHG Security were recognised with the Employer of the Year Award — a fantastic achievement that reflects their commitment to developing people and investing in the future of our industry.
