Managing a Grade II listed commercial residential property means every piece of work must be completed to the highest possible standard. I’ve called on Rob several times now, to replace an intercom system, install a new distribution board, upgrade external lighting, and fit solar lighting in the communal areas and his workmanship has been exceptional every single time.
From the very first email, Rob responds promptly, clearly outlining the proposed course of action and taking the time to explain any questions in full. Before each job begins, he always checks in a couple of days beforehand, which gives real confidence in his organisation and reliability.
Rob arrives exactly when he says he will, he’s meticulous in his work, and he leaves every area exactly as he found it. His strong work ethic, trustworthiness, and genuine reliability make him stand out, not just as a contractor, but as a person. I’ve even had him carry out electrical work in my own home, and honestly, I wouldn’t trust anyone else with our electrics.
