I’ve got 2 property refurbishments on the go in Lostock

Decorating, labouring and basic building work required. Scope of work can increase a lot for right person with right skills.

Higher rate of pay for skilled candidate.

Need someone who has own vehicle ideally.

Paid weekly. Ideally would start next week if possible.

Would conduct interview on phone initially then in person for right candidate.

A quick refurb, top to bottom, already tenants sign up long before finish 👏⁣

Creating a property that’s nice to live in is simple and spending the money required to do things properly is very sensible, for so many reasons 🤓⁣
⁣
We see refurbs done badly, poor management, poor tradesmen, or perhaps more accurately tradesmen not given the budget required to do things right - it’s a false economy - and usually not good commercial sense in the long term 📈⁣
⁣
Remember a property refurb project should be treated as an investment not an expense. Do it properly and with a proper job you’ll see proper returns 🔢⁣
⁣
There is no guarantee of success with any investment or any endeavour, but give yourself maximum chance of success with a PROPER JOB! 💪⁣
