Forgot to post the porch we completed in Irlam last month.

We created a small downstairs toilet installed a sliding pocket door to save space plus added space to the hallway.

Customer was very pleased with the finished article.

Just a quick update/progression on our full refurb in Worsley.

Ripped out chimney breast from top to bottom to create more space for 2 bedrooms and the living room

Taken the chimney down above roof level and patched back up with the slate (this is temporary as we’re planning on having a double side and rear extension plus dorma)

Cut down bushes trees in back garden.

Taken down old rotten sheds in back garden.

Installed some steels and taken some walls down at front of house to maximise the space we have.

Ripped out all the ceilings upstairs due to rotten timber +
Installed bigger joists to get us ready for when we have the loft done.

Built stud walls upstairs and downstairs creating our new lay outs for each room.

So much more to come from this project and one we’re excited to show you the the transformation.

Our porch build in whitefield is complete ✅
The customer wanted to separate the hall way from a storage room.
We also got rid of the old pebble dash and replaced it with a new fresh white render.
It turned out amazing and just how the customer had imagined.

Our last job of the year is complete. Brickwork only single side extension in Chorley has turned out great.
Customer very happy with the work we’ve done on this job. Thank you to all our customers throughout the year. Looking forward to getting straight back to it after the break onto some big projects!
