Our team completed an emergency call out for a client in Southport.

The client was having issues with a water pressure issue and our engineers went to site to investigate the issue.

ATI engineers attended site to investigate low water pressure within the apartments. Due to restricted access, further testing could not be completed, with the issue suspected to be linked to the water tank and pump system.

We will be returning to site soon to support the client resolve the issue entirely and find the source of the issue.

Call out responded to in Okehampton.🔧

Engineers arrived on site and completed the following works:

➡️ Remove water feed from the cistern to the toilet bowl.
➡️ Clean the rubber b**g
➡️ Refit water feed to the toilet bowl and cistern and seal to make water tight.

Prior to leaving the team checked all other fittings were connected tightly to prevent further leaks and water damage.

Are gutter hedgehogs good or bad?🤔

Installing gutter hedgehogs into your gutter systems can come with its pros and cons.

Pros include easy setups, pet deterrents and blocking large pieces of debris like leaves and twigs, whilst the cons involve reducing water capacity, trapped moss and silt and even making them harder to clean.

ATI provided a full recoat all external cladding across multiple units on site, supplying and applying a durable semi-gloss anthracite finish that complies with the specifications discussed with the client.
