Step 1 — Get in touch

Step 2 — Quick call

Step 3 — The viewing
I’ll usually attend within 48 hours. I arrive early, get the drone up and inspect the roof, chimney and gutters before heading inside.

Step 4 — Full inspection
I check for anything that could cost you money—including dated electrics, boiler condition, damp, leaks, cracks, rotten timber and signs of structural movement.

Step 5 — Your report
I photograph and film every room, take full measurements and assess any visible damage.

What if buying the company could save you the stamp duty on the property? 👀

This bungalow was owned by a limited company, so one of our checks was whether it was the company’s only property.

Why? Because buying the shares of the company is different from buying the property itself — the company remains the legal owner.

That could potentially mean no SDLT on the property purchase.
