🏚️ FROM COUNCIL REJECTION TO 7-BED HMO 👀
This one took me over to Ashton for another assisted property inspection — and thankfully, this one was nice and close to home 😂

This property has got a bit of a history…
It was previously rejected by the council and even slated in the local paper.
Fast forward to today and Akash has turned it into a top-condition 7-bedroom, 7-bathroom HMO. 👏
He got me out because he wanted an experienced pair of eyes on the exterior of the building, as well as help diagnosing a leak before it had the chance to become a bigger problem.
And that's exactly what this service is about.
