Nice little boot room finished off yesterday, just the hooks to put on when they arrive, hiding boilers and services is always a challenge even more so in small rooms but with click off panels and a bit of planning you can make even the smallest rooms look nice. Painted in Goose feathers with aqua guard Matt, providing the quality materials as usual

Nice little alcove cabinet and shelving with back lit lighting, love the effect from this to make use of a usually wasted corner of a room.

Well that turned out a bit of alright!
Fiddly build round that chimney but worth the effort to upgrade this old tired kitchen into a fresh new look, mainly a reface job but with additional bespoke cabinets made to fit as much storage into this space as possible without losing any additional floor space, pull out larders and additional draws added, I was also able to squeeze a drier and a dishwasher in too, pleased with how this one turned out 😎

Little slice of nice I did along side the garden bar, now looking good with a lick of paint! Wonder how many of these I’ll do this year 😂
