PCC is a middle ground between builder/contractor and Customer/Client to give each party a fair option.

We have 4 different packages:

BRONZE - Money middle ground and payments releasing management, Building inspection management.

SILVER - all of the above + Construction programme management through email regarding deadlines, Building contract supply (JCT) to protect both client and builder.

GOLD - all of the above + Recommended approved Contractor list, site meetings with contractor if approved by PCC at building inspection stages.

PLATINUM- all of the above + we guarantee all work carried out with 2 meetings a month on site and full reports given to customer while insuring all the health and safety is followed.
