Another major milestone reached at Sale 5 🔨🏡

The roof structure is complete, first-floor layout is taking shape, and the ground floor screed is now down. It’s always exciting when a project starts to feel like a home rather than a building site.

Working alongside Bluechip Architecture and with support from Flitcraft, we’re transforming this property into a modern family home with bright open-plan living spaces and a layout designed for everyday life.

Plenty more progress to come on this one. Keep following for future updates.

Progress update from Sale 6 🏡

Another exciting milestone reached with the steelwork installed and the pot & beam floor now in place. Every stage brings us one step closer to transforming this property into a fantastic new family home.

It’s always rewarding seeing the structure come together and the vision starting to take shape.

We cashed in our Travis Perkins Rewards points and turned them into an unforgettable trip! 🇭🇷🇧🇦

Over the last few days we’ve explored the stunning streets of Dubrovnik, crossed into Bosnia & Herzegovina, visited Mostar and Kravica Waterfalls, and made memories we’ll never forget.
