I completed this bedroom today on a new extension. It had a lovely vaulted ceiling along with high apexed walls so a scaffold had to be used for safe working access. Overall the job went really well and there is lots more work to be carried out as the project progresses.

Here is a few pictures from this bedroom i over skimmed recently. I had to make a few minor repairs with the skirting boards and vents and the room was in a really rough shape but now it has been upgraded to a finer standard and now the room has greater appeal. Overall the customer couldn’t be happier to have her old room transformed and was really pleased with the end result!

Here is some work i have completed recently at a local property. It had lots of lovely oranate features wich I managed to save a really nice one by the enterance of front door. I started by doctoring small sections so the wall wouldn’t crumble as it was in really bad condition. Then started making repairs to each individual section completely renewing most of the backing plaster and skimming the affected area. I made lots of other repairs along with the hallway, bathroom, bedrooms and the loft where there had been a long term leak from the window that had caused some substantial damage. overall customer couldn’t be happy enough with the end result just another quality job!

Back to where it all began working on Hathaway road in Sunnybank area for the last couple of days. So many great memories of this street growing up and it was nice to look back on what once life was. Life seemed so much more simpler when i were a kid anyway I smashed it today and managed to get two jobs done. I finished off a few reveals on a media wall to complete it. Then headed over finish a Structual steel that had be fire boarded to building regulations along with a minor patch on a ceiling where there had previously been a leak. I tidied it all up and customer was really happy and looked after me all day and I can’t complain 10/10 for effort so thanks Wasim I appreciate the hospitality!

Patch up on the media wall job. Snagging a doorway front and back and patching a couple of blown spots. I even did a small repair on the cove to tidy it up as there was a tennis ball size hole where the old pipes had been.
