Small bathroom refurb for Keeley. Old bath and basin and pedestal exchanged for a slip resistant shower tray and wall hung fluted vanity with round fluted countertop bowl. Shower, hi rise mono mixer and radiator all brushed bronze. 600x600 Porcelain tiles in shower area, under window and to the floor. Remaining areas reboarded and skimmed. Artex on the ceiling scraped back and skimmed. Battery operated 3 tone back-lit mirror and LED spotlights completed the room.

After laying the base for the shed last year we're back to lay some 450x450 pavers to make the walk to the shed less muddy. Grass dug up, hard-core laid and whacked then pavers laid on a solid bed

Just completed for Katherine and Chris. A long empty room in an already built extension wasn't being used. The customer wanted to make use of it with a cloakroom. A lot of work that remains unseen went into this job, getting hot and cold water to the cloakroom and waste and drainage products away, insulation and underfloor heating, floor levelling, new electrics and extraction. Once all this was done, the room was created. Plastered exterior with floor to ceiling ceramic tiles internally. BTW toilet with concealed cistern and 600mm drawer vanity, ceramic basin and chrome mono mixer. LVT flooring fitted to the cloakroom and the remaining floor area. New 7" Torus skirting boards and 3" matching architraves and an Oak veneer door completed the room. Other jobs were done at the property also.... new central heating thermostat, shelves fitted in the kitchen and bathroom, full central heating flush.

Job completed today for Philippa and Jordan. Bespoke cabinets and floating shelves with under-lighting made off site and fitted into the alcoves. 35m² of laminate flooring, new radiator. skirting boards to 3 rooms, electric sockets added and moved

Just completed for Agnieszka and Martin. Previously 2 rooms knocked into 1, the customer wanted and had room for a shower as well as a bath. To accommodate this we bricked up the small window and moved the WC to the space between the vanity and bath. A 1700x800 shower tray and thermostatic shower was installed with a 1000mm wet room screen. A 1700.750 thin edge bath, bath filler with handset, WC and douché, 600mm wall hung 2 drawer vanity with a 600mm LED mirror above. Matt white cladding and 6 LED spotlights for the ceiling. 500x1600 towel radiator, parquet style glue down LVT, 600.600 large format porcelain tiles in the shower area and fluted 300x150 ceramic tiles around the bath.

Another small canopy job for a customer we have previously done work for, using up extra tiles they had left over, also fitting Aco drains around the bay window

Little tlc to Mary's house front, putting a pitched rosemary tiled canopy over her front door, took down the old tired wooden fences between her house and the 2 either side, replacing them with concrete posts and base panels and 6x3 foot vertical feathered edged double sided fences. Sanded and painted the door and window frame and the gallows in brilliant white gloss paint, black masonry paint on the doorstep and finally draughtproofed the front door.
