🚨 BASIN BLOCKAGE CLEARED – WILTON, NORTH YORKSHIRE 🔧💧

Job completed for a gorgeous Airbnb property in Wilton, North Yorkshire 🏡✨

The Bathroom basin had become blocked, so I attended to investigate and get everything flowing properly again.

🔎 What I did:
• Carried out a camera inspection down the waste pipe to identify the issue
• Mechanically rodded the pipework to clear the blockage
• Thoroughly tested the drainage afterwards
• Confirmed the Basin was draining freely before leaving

Another blockage cleared properly and efficiently, with the pipework checked to make sure everything was working as it should. ✅

🔧 Another job completed in Terrington!

Called out to a property in Terrington, North Yorkshire after a leak had developed around the pipework.

What initially looked like a straightforward pipe repair turned into a little more involved job once everything was opened up. 🔧

✅ Cut out and replaced the affected 110mm soil/waste pipework
✅ Repaired a 22mm copper pipe which had developed a pinhole leak
✅ Removed the water meter assembly to gain proper access
✅ Repaired and reinstated the meter with new washers
✅ Reconnected and reinstated the waste pipework
✅ Reinstated the electrical bonding to the pipework
✅ Lifted sections of flooring to access the affected area
✅ Used a wet vacuum to remove accumulated water/moisture and help the customer get the area dried out
✅ Everything reassembled, checked and left secure

Sometimes what looks like a small leak can turn into a much bigger job once the flooring and pipework are exposed — but getting it properly accessed and repaired is important to prevent further damage. 💧
