Due to increased workload and investing in our future we are now looking to recruit for the following positions with immediate starts available:
2x Experienced general builders
1x Experienced 360 excavator operator/ groundworker
1x Shotblaster/ painter

Experienced general builder:
The role would suit someone with 5+ years of experience in the construction industry with good knowledge of their trade and working to a high standard to work on our residential and commercial work. Either someone who could jump straight in and lead a team on site or someone who has some experience but is looking to develop their skills further. The correct attitude to work, a willingness to learn and a can do mindest are the most important attributes we look for in a candidate.
Experienced 360 excavator operator/ groundworker:
We cover a wide range of jobs including civils, drainage, street works, landscaping and everything in between. Not all of your time will be spent in an excavator so you must be willing to get stuck in with all of the other parts of the job as required.
Experienced Shotblaster / paint sprayer:
This role involves shot blasting various substrates to the desired finish utilising wet and dry techniques. Often this is then followed by painting/coating using both airless and hvlp spraying. You will be carrying this out in our purpose built booth as well as on site. You will be confident and skilled in the use of a shot blasting pot and the use of airless and hvlp spray guns. We also carry out lots of prep using traditional sanding and hand techniques.
These are full time employed PAYE positions, self employed and agencies need not apply.
Based out of our Malmesbury headquarters and working within the surrounding area.
We offer competitive rates of pay commensurate with ability/experience.
Our working hours are Monday-Friday 7-4:30 with 9hrs paid per day. Overtime paid at 1.5x pay after 39 hours.
28 days paid holiday including bank holidays.
