The next home project…..making this cottage breathe again, as it was intended back in 1845.
One of many examples here highlighting that just because you have money to flip houses, it doesn’t mean you should be let loose in a property of age. Sometimes you can cause huge amounts of damage to the building.
Consistently damp walls, running wet in the recent humid weather, due to the breathability of the building being sealed shut by modern plasterboard, plaster and paints.
The cements and plastics in modern materials create a solid, non permeable layer that prevents the building to naturally breathe and dry………but watch this space.

During my 12 years of football coaching, there is an argument for me not getting a lot right……but one thing I did get right……Harry was not a striker! He was a Goalkeeper.
I’m glad he stuck with it back then, and really happy that he is still out there loving the game.
