Today, one of our engineers undertook an annual service inspection of a Worcester Danesmoor 20/25.

These boilers? They may be OLD but they are GOLD and this one in particular was nice and clean within the combustion chamber with equally good emissions.

These older units may well not be as efficient as a new model BUT boy, oh boy! They make up for it in longevity! This one is a 1997 model! Still nice and reliable.

Customer had a minor weep from their Worcester boiler, they were panicking that it could mean no heating or hot water. Our tech contacted them, remotely diagnosed the weeping pressure gauge & advised the boiler was fine to use until we attend with a replacement gauge. Parts ordered, one visit and a customer not left worried about a drip from their boiler 🫡
