***Multi-Skilled Operator***
Stud Farm Contracting and our sister company Farm & Country Fencing are looking for an experienced Multi-Skilled Operator to join our growing team.
This is a varied and rewarding role, working primarily within our groundworks and fencing divisions on specialist environmental and agricultural projects across the UK.
The Role
Your work will include a variety of tasks, including:
* Environmental works such as wetland creation and culvert installation.
* Track installation and associated groundworks.
* Operating a 360° excavator alongside our fencing teams.
* Tractor and dump trailer operations.
* Supporting a range of specialist contracting projects.
No two days are the same, making this an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys varied, hands-on work.
We’re Looking For Someone Who Is:
* Reliable and punctual.
* Hard-working with a positive attitude.
* An experienced machine operator with good practical skills.
* Willing to learn and adapt to our specialist methods of working.
* Able to work well as part of a team.
* Committed to producing high-quality work.
* At times there will be some manual work. Working with the fencing teams etc so they will need to be willing to get out the cab get your hands dirty.
CSCS card preferred, although training can be provided for the right candidate.
Location
Based in Maldon, Essex, this role requires working away from home for up to four nights per week.
