When a faulty Variable Speed Drive (VSD) threatened the operation of a conveyor system at Wilkins Jam Factory, our engineers were on hand to get things back up and running.

The job involved installing and commissioning a replacement VSD, fitting a new stainless-steel mounting frame, and installing new mains, motor and control cables. The existing stainless-steel motor was also checked to ensure everything was operating correctly.

Since 1998, Gibbons Engineering Group has helped maintain the humidification system at London’s iconic Barbican Centre.

When the time came to refurbish the system, we introduced our rotary adiabatic humidification solution, improving humidity control while reducing energy consumption and demand on the building’s cooling system.

This has created a more efficient system, lower maintenance costs and minimal disruption to the Centre’s busy schedule.
