Success! "Victoria" didn't do so well for us last year, found them a pain to harvest, a bit sour and rather furry? 🙃 Castledon college helped us crate them up and store for forcing to produce these silky pink stems.

Humans and soil are intrinsically linked, and something special happens when these guys get a chance to interact with it. Love it! 💚

Spring is definitely in the belly 😃 Loads of fun taming the wild little tunnel and making a new heated prop bench. We are up to temp and the sowing has begun 🙂 ..I hope the plants like it....🌱
