A great transformation on this recent project, converting a former beauty salon into a fantastic nursery space.

Originally, this area consisted of a reception, waiting room and treatment room. We removed several non-load-bearing stud partitions to create a much more open-plan and practical space, ready for its new use as a nursery.

The client took care of the painting and decorating themselves, putting the finishing touches to the transformation.

A big thank you to Blue Sky Day Nursery & Pre-School for trusting us with your project. It’s been great to see the space completely transformed and ready for its new chapter.

We can’t wait for phase 3 of the project.

This summer, we’ve completed projects at eight schools across Kent and one in Wokingham, working on behalf of returning school renovation and facilities management companies.

One of the highlights has been carrying out refurbishment works at a prestigious preparatory boarding school for boys, famously attended by Prince William and Harry.

It’s a privilege to be trusted with projects at such historic and prestigious schools, and a real testament to the quality of our workmanship that returning clients continue to choose us for these environments.

We’re proud of what the team has achieved this summer and look forward to continuing to deliver high-quality construction and refurbishment projects for our valued clients.

It’s the little things that make the biggest difference.

While most people focus on the finished result, we believe the process matters just as much. Before the concrete arrived on site, the team took the time to fully protect the driveway and surrounding road with sheeting, ensuring there was no mess, staining, or damage during the pour.

In fact, the client didn’t even notice it had been done and that’s often the best compliment. When preparation is carried out properly, everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.

We take pride in treating every property with the same care and respect we’d expect for our own homes. Attention to detail, professionalism, and quality workmanship are at the heart of everything we do.

Update from our East Malling extension project.

The floor is now fully insulated, with the wet underfloor heating system installed, pressure tested, and ready to go. Floor screeding and all plastering works have now been completed, transforming the space and preparing it for the next phase.

We’re now moving on to painting and decorating before the kitchen installation begins.

This update is a few weeks behind our current progress as we’ve been incredibly busy on site and haven’t had the chance to keep up with our social media updates. More progress photos and project updates coming soon!

New brickwork, blockwork and roof timbers completed. We’ve used imperial bricks to match the existing property at the front to match the gauge, the side brickwork behind the bushes was built using the original metric bricks from the initial build to keep the cost down for the client.

Safe to say health & safety has come a long way since then — not sure this would get signed off these days, or if Wade would even fit in the mixer now 🤣

Jokes aside, this still has us all laughing to this day.
