Next project underway!
Still in Kings Hill, we've hopped off the extension job while the worktops and flooring are being installed and started work on this new kitchen and utility project, with knock-through to the garage. Works here are to include removal of existing kitchen and utility, knock-through to garage and fit new fire door, electrics, plumbing, fit new kitchen and utility, decorating, underfloor heating and new LVT flooring throughout.
All works carried out and project managed by ourselves, so it's nice and easy for our client who doesn't need to coordinate different trades and suppliers 🙌🏻

We're very happy to share one of our recent projects, completed for our lovely clients in Kings Hill.
We love projects like this as they show that even the smallest of extensions or updates can have a big impact on your home 💙
This single-storey ground floor extension was only about 2m x 3m in size, but it's really opened up our clients living area to offer a much more practical use of their space. The little area of patio to the side was barely used but now they are benefiting from the extra floorspace and additional light created by the two new Velux windows... Win Win! 🙌🏻
Plus we were able to extend part of the kitchen to provide our clients with extra worktop, storage and seating space 👍🏻

Definitely not the easiest site to navigate, but duty calls! Thank you to our clients in Kings Hill for being super lovely... it makes all the journeys up and down the alleyway worthwhile when we know our hard work and effort is appreciated 💙

With our current projects in Kings Hill and Yalding close to completion, we'll soon be starting our next jobs, which are lined up and ready to get underway. It's going to be a busy summer with another extension starting soon and a 4-bathroom project, both in Kings Hill, plus a few smaller jobs dotted in-between too! Things are moving along nicely at our single-storey extension project in Kings Hill and we're getting ready for the plasterer to work their magic ✨️ It always feels like we're turning the corner when we reach this point in a project and it's great for our clients as they start to see their new space coming together 😊
