Starting this strip off today in Kent.
We’re here to remove all the tile in order to take the weight off the roof to allow use to fit some essential steel work including a structural ridge.

Photos to follow which will show the movement and stress the building has been under.

Lead flashing replaced today at a property in Allington. Existing flashings had split in various places due to being installed in lengths that exceed guidelines.

Insulation upgrade!

Spent the last 12 days installing PIR insulation to these dormer roofs and walls on a property in Maidstone. The larger roof got a warm deck conversion whilst the front stayed as a cold deck with 25mm over facia vents for improved ventilation. All new lead flashings around the base of the dormers installed.

Sagging facias fixed today in Allington. The existing rafters were holding on with hopes and dreams, floating in the wind. We jacked them up with acros and installed additional supports to prevent them dropping in future.
