Small customer project to rewire the feed to the air conditioning unit and move the controller, install 3 part trunking with two socket outlets and relocate two data points into it to clear space for a massive 100” TV and meeting electronics turning this room into a functional meeting room for senior staff. Our customer has a decorator making good

We must be doing something right when two separate customers drop thank you gifts to us. One delivered wine and one an M&S gift voucher. We are very thankful to be building with our customers and will always do the right thing

This sneaky cable damage was hidden inside copper pipe (yes the type used for radiators) on the side of this property which had broken free from its plastic fixings and cut into the cable causing the RCD to trip randomly (it didn’t trip on overload). After finding it we removed the copper pipe and made the cabling safe restoring the customers supply

Our client had two other electricians work on this system and both disappeared, one after damaging the new controller. We replaced the motors, wired it all in and left the system working allowing our clients to control the temperature in their conservatory.

A recent call to a long term commercial customers home led us to find the main earth missing, RCD and main switches broken and a fault on one of the ring finals turning the earth into a heater which led to melting in part of the circuit. We upgraded everything (Board, main earth and 100mA upfront time delayed RCD as it’s a TT system) and repaired the ring. Now working perfectly and nice and safe.
