Something a little different for the team on this one!

This is 1 of 2 hanging scaffolds being installed from a pontoon in the middle of the River Thames, providing access underneath the structure so the bolts could be correctly torqued up.

Due to the nature and location of the scaffold, everything was carried out strictly to an engineer-designed drawing and calculations. The setup and planned movements were also checked over twice with the client to make sure everything worked exactly as intended and, most importantly, could be completed safely.

A really interesting job and something completely different for the lads to get stuck into. They absolutely smashed it and made a great impression with the client.

A small rear extension project recently supported for a local builder.
Our team erected a neat, compact scaffold to provide safe access for ongoing construction works to the new extension. Designed to suit the limited space on site, the setup allowed the builder to work efficiently on the structure while maintaining clear and safe working platforms throughout.

A recent setup by A&D Scaffolding at a school in Kent, providing safe and straightforward access for ongoing roof works.

We installed a HAKI staircase system to give the builders and roofers easy access to the flat roof, along with a scaffold handrail/edge protection system to create a safer working environment once on the roof.

With access to the rear of the property being more difficult, we incorporated a purpose-built walkway into the scaffold to make getting to and from the working area as safe and straightforward as possible.

A neat and efficient scaffold recently erected on both sides of an outbuilding to support ongoing roofing works.

Access tower and roof edge protection completed in Sevenoaks for an upcoming roof inspection and solar installation.

For this one, we used a new handrail system with plated feet, allowing us to provide the required edge protection while taking up as little roof space as possible — giving the contractors maximum room to carry out their works safely and efficiently.

Back again on our ongoing North London project as works continue to progress through the next phase.
Our team has returned to extend and adapt the existing scaffold, ensuring continued safe access for the contractors as the scope of works develops. With a live site like this, flexibility is key — allowing different trades to move through the building safely while keeping the programme on track.
As always, health and safety remains a priority, with secure platforms and clear access routes maintained across all active areas of the project.
