Hogget is slightly older than lamb, giving it more time to slowly grow and mature without being rushed. This creates flavour that is rich and well balanced, with meat that is tender and succulent!

Early pre-orders are now available, allowing you to tailor the cuts in your box exactly to your liking.

We’re all ready for a bit of sunshine!☀️

Back on a job for regular customer of ours. Here we used 110 Tornado horse netting finished off with a strand of plain wire on top. Simple, tidy and secure for the horses to enjoy.

The customer was looking for a rustic finish around their new holiday pods, and chestnut fencing ticked all the boxes. It gives a beautiful traditional look while remaining solid and durable. We also added two strands of plain wire to improve stock-proofing.

Another fencing project completed. This one gave use the chance to try out the new copper-oil posts and rails, and we were all quite impressed with it. Really good treatment, hopefully it’ll start to take off soon.
