It's not everyday you are asked to make an arch topped door and frame for a boundary wall of a Martello tower. Dating from napoleonic times Martello towers were part of the UK and Ireland Sea defences. This tower is located just outside Dublin and has been repurposed as a holiday home.

After an out break of the dreaded dry rot due to a leaking gutter we had to reproduce the panelling and mouldings around the left hand window.

A good Saturday mornings work sorting out my work area. After years of not having places for tools and equipment. I'm building towards and organised space to minimise lost time searching for tools.

New workshop has really taken shape after only getting the keys yesterday machines are moved and in place. Spark will be there in the next few days to wire all up. First restoration job due in tomorrow.

Machines are dismantled, disconnected and ready for moving.

Can I ask for a bit of patience over the next couple of weeks. I am currently in the process of moving my workshop to bigger premises and working hard to complete the process in as short of time frame as possible.
