We’re delighted to welcome seven new apprentices to the H&A Group team as they begin the next chapter of their careers with us.

This year, our apprentices are joining us across plumbing, electrical and mechanic roles, giving them the opportunity to learn their trade, develop practical skills and gain valuable hands-on experience alongside our experienced teams.

We know that starting a career can be both exciting and daunting, which is why we’re proud to support our apprentices every step of the way — helping them build confidence, develop their skills and work towards their qualifications.

WHY 26 SOLAR PANELS? ☀️

When designing a renewable energy system, it's not simply about putting as many panels as possible on a roof. It's about designing the right system for the property.

For this Maghera project, we installed:

26 × 465W high-efficiency solar panels

giving the home a total installed capacity of:

12.09kWp

The aim?

To maximise the property's potential to generate renewable electricity throughout the year. And importantly, this solar system doesn't work in isolation. Any surplus generation can be captured by the home's 10.64kWh battery storage, allowing renewable energy generated during the day to be stored for later use.

We’ve recently had the pleasure of attending two fantastic events with organisations making a real difference in our communities — Next Step Transitions and Glasgowbury.

We were delighted to attend a Gratitude Gathering at Next Step Transitions, celebrating the continued support of their programme and the positive impact it has on young autistic people by building confidence, independence and opportunities for the future.

We also attended a fantastic event hosted by Glasgowbury, showcasing the incredible work they do and the social impact created through partnerships with local businesses. Their independent report highlighted an impressive £5.83 of social impact for every £1 invested — a fantastic reflection of the difference their work makes.
