I'm really proud to finally share Granvin, our latest completed home.

It took four years from the first sketches to handover. It started as a remodel but grew into something much bigger, a contemporary take on a Georgian mansion set behind private woodland near Poulton-le-Fylde, Lancashire.

The clients were fantastic to work with. They wanted to push things at every stage and that trust let us create a house with real presence. There's a big three-storey entrance hall, lots of light, and the whole place feels like it belongs where it is.
It's been a special project to see finished.

Exciting times at Golden Oaks, Wrea Green.
The first SYSTEM 3E EKO+ blocks have landed on site — straight from Poland. This is the first time the system is being used in the UK.

SYSTEM 3E is a modular interlocking wall system from Poland. The perlite elements click together mortar-free (the first course goes down on mortar to the foundation). Single-leaf, self-insulating walls. No cavity. No separate insulation layer.
Steel is up. Walls are next.
Stay tuned as the first UK SYSTEM 3E walls go in.

Delighted that planning permission has just been granted for this Zub Architecture designed bespoke replacement dwelling in the rural village of Wrea Green, Fylde. The new home will have a 200sqm footprint with a first floor featuring dormers, a detached double garage, and 250sqm of internal floor area.

Looking forward to seeing this bespoke designed home take shape in such a lovely setting.

Delighted to share that the new extension at Greenlane House Care Home in Brampton, in the picturesque Lake District, has now been completed and is ready for residents to move in.
This thoughtfully designed single-storey addition provides high-quality en-suite bedrooms and bright communal living and dining spaces, all with direct access to the gardens.

The contemporary design, featuring slatted vertical composite cladding, sits comfortably alongside the historic Philip Webb building while minimising visual impact on the listed setting.

It has been a pleasure to work on this project, enhancing care facilities for the local community in this beautiful part of Cumbria.

Planning approval just came through for this one near Leyland – a full remodel of a detached brick house plus a swimming pool extension.
Taking the existing traditional property and pushing it quite contemporary. Full-height glazing, timber and stone cladding, the aim is to give it a much stronger, more striking appearance and really improve the kerb appeal while still sitting well in the countryside.
Looking forward to getting it on site!
