This was a job!
Alternator needed replacing and boy was it hidden down in the engine!
Radiators, intercooler and front bumper off and swung out the way.
Front engine mount, crash bar and AC mounts out the way, finally you can wiggle the alternator out and fit the new one. Certainly go some odd looks on the Southbourne sea front.
Reassembly was quite straight forward and another satisfied customer!

This is the high pressure fuel pump on a BMW. It failed and destroyed the entire fuel system.
The customer was quoted over £9k by a garage.
They came to me and I got them back on the road, final bill wasn’t even half of the garage quote!
