Job completed earlier this year ✅

140m2 York stone sett driveway redone

-these original setts had been down for over a hundred years and had become very uneven
-we lifted every sett, took out a lot of ground and added a lot of hardcore!
-ACO’s were put in against the property
-each sett (with a massive variance in size) was then individually laid on a bed of mortar and finally grouted with Flowpoint

Old garage space converted to a usable patio area

-we added batten fencing to the two walls to cover the old plaster
-20m2 of porcelain was then laid to create a usable seating area at the front of the property

Full front and back garden transformation ✅

After months of work being done to the interior of the property, it was time to turn the back garden into a usable space!

-1200mm x 600mm Cheshire sand porcelain paving
-Cotswold gravel
-Timber pergola
-Concrete shed base
-Grass turf

We then worked round to the front, continuing the porcelain paving around the property and created a large resin driveway and front lawn.

A couple of driveways completed last year ✅

Both jobs were completed using grey textured concrete slabs- a great alternative to natural stone

We also edged both of these driveways with charcoal blocks and grouted using deep grey Sika to contrast the lighter coloured slabs

Driveway and back garden completed earlier this year ✅

Unfortunately forgot to take the initial pictures before the prep work started! Always too eager to start 🤷‍♂️

We used Raj blend Indian stone on both areas with edging and gravel on the driveway to finish it off & a retaining sleeper wall round the back.

Plenty of brews sorted on this job, thanks and .reynolds for the hospitality, wouldn’t expect anything less from the sister 😉

Here’s a couple little jobs we completed last week ✅

Pic 1:
The customer had an old patio they wanted to bring back to life to save buying a new one

We lifted it and relayed it, cleaned it up and repointed it- good as new 😆

Pic 2:
After a big garden clearance job (unfortunately no pics) it was time for some well needed new fencing

Another job completed for some lovely customers ✅

We turned this unused area of the garden into the perfect seating area for all weather conditions ☀️ 🌧️

We built a two-sided gazebo with a felt roof to make a lovely seating area. This was paved with Indian sandstone and finished with gravel and stepping stones to link it to the shed.

A raised flower bed was then added, using timber sleepers before finishing it off with new fencing.

Some work we completed last winter ✅

This large garden space had so much potential but after years of neglect it was time for a makeover

An Indian stone patio was laid with cobbled edging, with a semi-circular protrusion along the path- the perfect spot to enjoy the morning sunshine at a coffee table ☀️

We then built a lean-to pergola, half covered by a polycarbonate roof, to make use of the hot tub all year round!

Bit of muscle provided from fletch himself and we got the beast of a concrete base out

Decking was built as the seating area for the gazebo, with new turf laid and a shed built in the corner 💯

Transformation completed this summer ✅

We replaced the old rotting sleeper wall with a brick wall, extended the original patio and added new steps. The old shed was removed and we added a new raised patio area with a retaining wall. The old path was also replaced and new fencing was added.
