Yesterday was a tough day…my beautiful Delilah went to sleep for the final time. My best friend and family member for the past 14 years.

The boys and I were with her till the end and she went peacefully at home in the sunshine after a day of swimming, sausage munching and being loved.

I’ve taken a couple of days off to be kind to myself so just bare with us if the girls in the office are waiting on me for anything it might take a little longer than normal.

I also know that being busy will do me good so don’t all start worrying about me if you see me working…I know myself well enough at this stage to step up or even out when I need to.

Just wanted to update for those reaching out with kind words. Thank you 🙏
