A re-roof in Coleford complete. The original roof covering was not suitable for such a low pitch which caused a capillary for water ingress to flow back onto the old plastic non-breathable felt and find it's way into the roof space and onto the ceiling below. The old style felt was also causing the roof to sweat due to a lack of ventilation. So we completely stripped the roof and installed breathable membrane, dry verge and ridge system and a low pitched specific pan tile good to 12.5 degrees.
