well what can i say 2 weeks of unbearable heat in a south facing garden,but fortunately we had copious amounts fo refreshments from the lovely homeowners,the old rotten deck with 4x2 joists had been removed prior to our arrival (nice touch) so in the pics you see what we had to deal with from the outset but with upgrading to quality c24 6x2 treated joists and dual sided decking from Coltman Bros - Your Timber Specialist
the outcome is spot on
just now awaiting the balustrade ropes in which the customer is going to fit 👍

a steady couple days supplying and fitting new georgian bar upvc compliant windows for lovely customers to replace the old non compliant upvc windows that were installed when the house was built

The season start of another amazing conservatory warm roof on this 5 facet victorian conservatory roof for lovely return customers on beamont close which was rather warm with the poly carbonate roof sheets but now cooler in the summer and warmer in the winter with 100mm cellotex insulation,18mm osb and 50 year guarantee Tapco tiles ,
all ready for Paul Riley Plastering, Rendering and multi trades to plaster ,i can’t wait to see the outcome but i’m shore Paul Riley will smash it,watch this space

what an interesting week,unusually for these lovely customers a removal of 2 bow windows into the original flat windows,but to comply with building regs we installed two new lintels above each and fully repointed the front of the bungalow,it was a such a surprise to see the amount of rot on the bow roofs underneath the existing lead work
