With the inside of our own extension almost complete, which has been a fun journey whilst living in the war zone and building it in my “spare time”🙈 We are starting to look at the next stage of transforming the neglected jungle of a garden from pics below, into a beautiful functional patio area concept below.

Full rip out, plumbing rerouted, replaster the room and install spot lights and extractor fan.

As much as I would love to I can’t take the credit for the tiling Gina March if the nail business doesn’t work out I know who I’m calling 🙂

Partial rebuild and repoint of this boundary wall. Most of the blue brick on edge and several damaged/loose areas of face work removed cleaned and relaid to avoid new bricks standing out. Now secure and ready to accept metal fencing which the customer wants

Here’s an extension I did a few years ago now with the help of trusted sub contractors, we completed the whole project from digging the foundations and moving drainage to fitting the kitchen and painted finish with slabs and driveway.
