Hi all! We do apologize for being so quiet over these past few months!! It’s been very hectic and trying to post on social media along with working all day is rather long. 😅 (if anyone wants a part time job taking pictures and posting for us let us know 😂)

Here we have a beautifully built single Storey extension in Harpenden. A complete projected from start to finish!

Here we have created a complete kitchen & diner extension from what was once a very small, unmanageable space, to a newly much larger living area.

From groundworks to finished paint this project was a delight, the clients are overwhelmed and we couldn’t be happier with the end results!!

Full extension built to the architectural designs, complemented with a full porcelain patio to the rear, a high end kitchen and worktop installation following farmhouse tiles and painting. We hope you love it as much as we do!! ⭐️

Keep your eyes peeled as plenty more posts are incoming from all the extensions and other projects we’ve completed over the last 5 months!!

All works carried out have been signed off by building control and all certifications have been issued as always!!

As promised another project completed on time efficiently! RB Builders always keep our promises!!

We are looking for a full time carpenter to join our team.

Ideally someone who can also jump on with other trades to if the carpentry works slows down. Have plenty of work and many future projects in the pipeline also.

Must have transport and tools and to be reliable, no Monday clubs and no turn up at half 8s as my alarm didn’t go off clubs.

Good rates of pay and paid weekly. Send us a pm if you’re interested.

UPDATE!!! ⭐️

It’s been a while since we updated our ongoing extensions. Here is an extension currently ongoing in Harpenden at the moment and as you can seewe are well underway!!

Groundwork’s fully completed and signed off ✅
All new drainage installed in clay as existing ✅
Blockwork up to roof height completed ✅
Roof fully finished and installed with welded rubber ✅
Windows and doors ordered ✅
Goal post steels installed!! Was a job on itself! ✅
Insulated screed floor installed ✅
Electrics and plumbing installed ready for second fix ✅
All plastered and mist coated ✅

We are now awaiting the client to choose flooring and kitchen of their choice. we are hoping to be completed in the next 4 weeks!!

Roof windows on the way along with a cortizo bifolding door and a black flush window.

Really excited to show you the final result here as we know there will be no expense spared here to achieve the best final finish!! All works completed and passed off by building control as always 👌🏼

Apologies all that we haven’t posted in a little while! It’s been a hectic couple of months as always!!

Here’s a little porch we managed to get pushed forward for a client in Caddington! This space has made such a difference and we are all extremely happy with the finish!

Who loves the archway!!!??? I feel they are coming back into fashion and we are hoping we get to do some more ⭐️

Oversite dug down and concreted ✅
Existing door removed and wall taken out ✅
Electrics installed and new radiator pipes ✅
New front door installed! Stunning looking colour ✅
Screed floor installed to bring up to the same level ✅
Plastering and painting through out ✅
A complete finish ready for the client to get some tiles down and installed! ✅

Clients are happy, builders are happy, we are all happy! Another quick effective and space saving build.

Windows and doors are due to be fitted this week, along with the kitchen and flooring being delivered!

Everything is now plastered and ready to go..

Clients are happy, building control are happy, we are happy!! Looking forward to showing you the final results!! ⭐️

Project completed here in Caddington!!!

We recently completed a stylish garage conversion, a full bathroom refurbishment, and transformed a tired, unused spare room into a bright new garden room. This project included creating a rear knock-through to install new French doors, bringing in plenty of natural light and opening up a fantastic new living space. ☀️

Full garage conversion completed and all passed off by building control ✅
New boiler with radiators throughout the house, full new electrics to the new areas ✅
New bathroom refurb ✅
Garden room completed with a knocktgrough and French doors ✅
Full painted finish to completion ✅

Clients are delighted as always, we always deliver our promises!! And make sure we leave leaving our clients 100% satisfied.

New project alert!!!‼️

New project just started here in Harpenden!

Here we have a proposed single storey rear extension to add on to this lovely mid terraced home in Harpenden. We have demolished the existing outbuildings to get ready for a full new single Storey extension to be built!!

Already been here 8 days and we have managed to remove the outbuildings, have the foundations dug and poured, soak away and drainage are under way, and look to have it up to dpc level this Friday!! All passed of by building control as always! ⭐️
