2 x 100mm x 100mm x 1950mm Pressure Treated Posts.

100mm x 50mm Pressure Treated Timber used as cross bar to locate, plastic conduit for garage electrical supply.

Galvanised Gated Furniture to include:

450mm Heavy Duty Hinges
250mm Dead Bolts
200mm Spring Lock
YALE Deadlock

Stainless Steel Mechanical Fasteners

All waste separated into:

Wood & Timber
Ferrous & Non Ferrous Metal.

UPM is a registered waste carrier with the UK Environment Agency.

All waste disposed/recycled in accordance with current environmental regulations.

Allowing both privacy and security for the children to play safely in the garden due being an open walkway prior to installation.

All gates are made to measure from pressure treated timber.

Fitted with galvanised furniture to include:
450mm Hinges
150mm Gate Latch
250mm Dead Bolts
Spring closing plate

All gates are made to measure from pressure treated timber:

75mm x 47mm Rails & Stringers
150mm x 19mm x 1800mm Side Plates
125mm x 1800mm Feather Board

Total gate thickness: 66mm

Galavanised gate furniture to include:
Hinges
Gate Latch (Black at customers request)
Dead Bolts

YALE Deadlock fitted

Gate Posts:
125mm x 50mm C24 Pressure treated timber.

Old gate remove from site, waste components separated and recycled in accordance with current environmental regulations.

All fence panels built on site to suit existing gaps between concrete post using:

47mm x 50mm pressure treated timber.
1800mm pressure treated feather boards.
