Most our work involves sites from half an acre upwards and projects with a construction cost from £0.5m –to around £5m although some projects are of higher value. Site Progress | EACH Treehouse Children’s Hospice, Ipswich

Piling is underway for the new Wellness Suite for East Anglia’s Children’s Hospices. Forming the first part of this much-needed expansion project, it will house greatly improved facilities.
EACH writes: “The suite will have dedicated spaces for essential services like counselling, art therapy and music therapy. These therapies support families and help individuals to express emotions and experiences that might be difficult to put into words. The suite will also include a private entrance better suited for families. Particularly bereaved family members who will no longer have to walk across the care floor - an area that can stir up emotions.”

Site Completion | Salthouse Spa, Ipswich

Barefoot & Gilles are proud to have worked with spa specialists and interior designers Spa Creators UK to help in the creation of the new spa at Salthouse Harbour Hotel on Ipswich Waterfront. The spa features a bespoke ‘wallow’ pool, sauna, aroma essence steam room, ice fountain and fitness suite among other things. Open to hotel visitors or the general public, it is a wonderful addition to the hotel and a real oasis of calm.
