Opening soon Covid-19 restrictions permitted.

Under current lockdown regulations we are able to run our social prescribing sessions with a maximum of 15 people, and the coffee shop will only be open for take-aways, until lockdown is lifted.

Please note you need to book your space in advance for any social prescribing session as these are very popular and limited.

Your temperature will be taken on arrival by one of our staff with a non-contact temperature scanner.

Everybody will be required to wear a mask or a shield. No exceptions.

Normal Opening Hours (Covid-19 rules Permitted) will be
Monday to Friday 10am - 4pm
Saturdays 10am till 2pm
Sundays - Private Bookings by arrangements only.

Additional evening sessions for special groups will be run on some nights. Watch this space for more information

After a very quiet 12 monthsdue to Covid-19 we are so excited to announce we will soon be running our Creative Craft Wellbeing sessions at the new Woodworks Art Café in Lowestoft due to open 1st March.
