WOW 🔥🔥

After recently completing a stunning kitchen extension for our customers. They then called us back to create this porcelain patio area for them!

We were tasked in raising the area so that they could walk straight out of the new bifolds and onto this dance floor 😜, which in turn meant installing aco drains round the house and the extension. What a spot to spend in this glorious weather.

Laid using Himalayan white porcelain slabs with anthracite porcelain edging. Thanks to PW Waters for supplying these!

Our current extension and house refurb project is taking shape nicely! This house was in need of serious updating, the couple who lived here all their lives sadly passed away and a family member has taken it on and asked us to help give it a new lease of life.

Works include a new rear flat roof extension with knock through, which will give a stunning, kitchen and sitting/dining area. All larth and plaster ceilings removed and re boarded, full re wire and heating systems. Chimney removed to create a bit more floor space, and complete plastering throughout.

This will be beautiful home when we are done with it.

So, I was recently invited by East Suffolk building control to rookery park for a meeting (builders breakfast), to talk about new regulations and to re engage with the team there.

I must say it was very well laid out, and extremely informative, and as it was at rookery golf club I got to see how they were getting on with the lift install since we left.

A couple of months ago we were approached by the club to form an opening for a new lift which they were putting in for their members. Something we’d never done before which made it more exciting. When we left it was just a hole, and it was really good to see it all installed and up and running.
It was a pleasure to be involved in this project!
