WOW 🔥🔥

After recently completing a stunning kitchen extension for our customers. They then called us back to create this porcelain patio area for them!

We were tasked in raising the area so that they could walk straight out of the new bifolds and onto this dance floor 😜, which in turn meant installing aco drains round the house and the extension. What a spot to spend in this glorious weather.

Laid using Himalayan white porcelain slabs with anthracite porcelain edging. Thanks to PW Waters for supplying these!

Our current extension and house refurb project is taking shape nicely! This house was in need of serious updating, the couple who lived here all their lives sadly passed away and a family member has taken it on and asked us to help give it a new lease of life.

Works include a new rear flat roof extension with knock through, which will give a stunning, kitchen and sitting/dining area. All larth and plaster ceilings removed and re boarded, full re wire and heating systems. Chimney removed to create a bit more floor space, and complete plastering throughout.

This will be beautiful home when we are done with it.

So, I was recently invited by East Suffolk building control to rookery park for a meeting (builders breakfast), to talk about new regulations and to re engage with the team there.

I must say it was very well laid out, and extremely informative, and as it was at rookery golf club I got to see how they were getting on with the lift install since we left.

A couple of months ago we were approached by the club to form an opening for a new lift which they were putting in for their members. Something we’d never done before which made it more exciting. When we left it was just a hole, and it was really good to see it all installed and up and running.
It was a pleasure to be involved in this project!

We ended the 2025 year with a little patio extension and re point. The customer wanted to make this an area they could use to sit and relax, so we set off to work, and we achieved exactly that.

It’s always hard to match in to old work, especially when you don’t know exactly what slabs were used and where from, but we used our knowledge and experience to source the best option and I think it came out extremely well.

The existing patio was jointed with traditional sand and cement, which had weathered and started to come loose, so we were tasked to clean it up and re joint the whole thing using easi joint, which helped blend it through seamlessly with the new.

Great work again by the team. 💪🏻

This is one of my favourite parts of the job, coming back to see our clients all settled into their new space and loving every minute of it.

The other day we had a call from our good friends from RGM electrical, asking if we could help at short notice. They were doing some work at beccles medical centre and needed a trench dug and path lifted for a mains cable to supply the new air conditioning system, which needed to be connected the next day.

So we stuck on our masks and capes, ordered a digger and like heroes we were there the next day, all dug out, cable in,path lifted and re laid all the same day, we even tidied up the existing car park a bit whilst we were there. On a serious note we were glad to be able to help, and we know they’d do the same for us. Thanks to onesite for the supply of the digger on short notice.

Here are some pictures of a single garage we built earlier in the year. The customer liked our brickwork that much that they asked us back to build some piers for their new composite gate.
