So nice to finally get this project over the line last week and just in time for the bank holiday weekend ☀️

This was a full design & build from us with a few additional tweaks along the way.

Here we’ve installed the following:
- ‘Evo White’ patio & paths, bordered with custom anthracite edgings, LED lighting strips & finished off with flowpoint fine
- ‘Modella’ inlay area with a aluminium pergola
- .co.uk decorative surface water drainage
- All new fencing & metal framed gate using ‘Chestnut’ composite battens
- Planters clad in ‘Chestnut’ battens with anthracite copings
- Outdoor kitchen area with bespoke BBQ area consisting of charcoal & gas grills, smoker unit and custom cupboards
- New lawn area installed using fresh topsoil from , land drainage installed & turf from

This job really has been a labour of love with a lot of thinking going into all the details and the quality of the finish.

Great work from the lads who pushed through a lot of wet weather to get this one done 👏🏻

Job completed recently in Loddon ☑️

- Old lawn & 150mm of existing soil stripped
- Concrete paving removed
- New reinforced concrete pad installed for shed/ summerhouse
- Pathways reinstalled along with retaining upstands & small patio area re-using customers existing paving
- Garden area framed & bordered using ‘Birkdale Blend’ pavers from
- Beds backfilled with 150mm shrub & tree mix soil from
- Pathways finished off with ‘Old English’ self binding gravel

Lovely little project completed by the lads 👏🏻

Looking forward to seeing this once the customers have completed their own planting 🪴

Small patio job we completed last week back on the Halsbury Homes site in Loddon.

Here we’ve used ‘Ivory’ sandstone to match in with the existing patio & pathways to create this lovely patio & step area under the customers pergola.

Job completed last week for this returning customer in Kessingland ☑️

- Old paving & walling removed
- Artificial grass & base removed
- Tree & stumps removed
- Brown treated sleeper borders installed as per customer request along with planting beds & lawn retainer
- ‘Harvest’ sandstone installed for the main patio & paths, mixing this in with the reclaimed sandstone from the original patio. All pointed up with a lovely traditional white pointing
- Reclaimed sandstone cleaned up with black spot remover to bring it back to new ✨
- Fresh topsoil imported from
- New lawn

Little decking job completed recently for this returning landlord in Kessingland ☑️

- Old rotten decking removed
- Treated timber frame with treated timber posts installed
- Treated decking boards installed with mitred fascia
- All done over 1.5 days 💪🏻

Our latest job in Kessingland all completed ☑️

Some big numbers involved with this one!
- 200 ton of muckaway removed courtesy of
- 135 ton of type 1 supplied by
- 120 reclaim sleepers installed from
- 40 x .co.uk channel drains
- 2 x soakaways installed with 36 soakaway crates
- 350m2 tar & chip surfacing from .surfacing
- 160m2 lawn from

This has all been completed alongside all necessary 110mm pipework, recess manhole covers, charcoal block edgings, porch/ step areas completed using KL kerbs, ‘Station’ porcelain & flowpoint.

Here’s a little update from our current project in Carlton Colville…

Despite some horrendous weather over the last couple of weeks we’re starting to make some solid progress on this build.
Things are really starting to shape up nicely and the end product (final picture) is getting ever closer.

Hats off to the lads who’ve not only put up with the rain & slop but also me being a stress head at times!
