Now the suns out the team are back out on site this week stripping our customers roof back to the joists before re- insulating, boarding with OSB & applying a grp overlay system.

This weekend saw the start of club racing at Lowestoft & Oulton Broad Motor Boat Club. Team 21 were back in action, with 6 heats over the 2 days, Brad and Riley were back in their boats ready for the usual handicap style club racing.
With Brad out in the GT30 class, 7 boats took to the water with some very close, competitive racing. With various different handicap times, Brad managed a heat win, a third, 3 x fourths and a fifth place giving him an overall fourth place for the weekend.

With Riley out in the GT15 class, still getting to grips with his new boat/engine setup, 5 boats took to the water with some excellent racing from all the Juniors. Again with various handicap times Riley managed a second place, a third, 2x fourths and 2x fifth places to give him an overall fourth place.

We're sure many of you have spotted some of the Banksy artwork pieces around Lowestoft town. Here at DK, we're proud to have been involved in structurally encasing this 3 story gable wall to in order to save this particular Banksy piece.

Another busy start to the week here at DK as our commercial team starts work on more 𝒃𝒆𝒔𝒑𝒐𝒌𝒆 𝒔𝒍𝒆𝒆𝒑𝒆𝒓 𝒑𝒐𝒅𝒔 and 𝒂𝒓𝒄𝒉𝒆𝒔 and our next batch of 𝑮𝑹𝑷 𝒃𝒂𝒕𝒕𝒆𝒓𝒚 𝒉𝒐𝒖𝒔𝒊𝒏𝒈𝒔 are ready to dispatch to another customer of ours.
Over in our Leisure department our creative team go full steam ahead on a bespoke letter golf course for what we anticipate will be another very happy customer... keep an eye on our Leisure page this week for a sneak peak!

As our week-long celebrations come to an end, we thought we would share a fond memory of our founder Ken Regini.

Here he is proudly posing for his photo after joining the merchant cadets, which would one day take him around the world!

At DK Fibreglass Ken is at the heart of everything we do, we are extremely proud to be a family run business through and through and what an honour it is to be continuing his legacy still, after 39 years!
