Back to a job we started last October to put the finishing touches on this beautiful home. It’s been a long wait, but for good reason.

The two sets of French doors were custom-made by Leader Trade to fit the openings perfectly. With the lead time, it definitely tested everyone’s patience, but they were absolutely worth the wait. The quality and finish are outstanding, and paired with the black nickel ironmongery, they look incredible.

We also customised an internal door to suit a smaller opening by reducing the height. Once it’s had a coat of paint, it’ll look like it was always meant to be there.

Really pleased with how this project has come together. 👌

Another stunning Karndean installation completed for some great friends!

Two rooms laid in a beautiful herringbone pattern with a feature border, and the playroom finished in straight planks for a clean, timeless look.

The attention to detail on this one was key, but honestly, the pictures do all the talking.

A floor like this completely transforms a space and shows why Karndean remains one of our favourite products to work with.

What a transformation!

This beautiful herringbone click vinyl from has completely changed the look and feel of this hall and living room — and just in time for the new sofa to tie it all together. 🙌

Finished off with 5” pencil-round MDF skirting from for that clean, crisp finish. 👌

One of the biggest benefits of click vinyl is how straightforward it is to install. Compared to traditional stick-down flooring, it requires far less floor preparation and can handle more uneven subfloors, while still delivering a durable wear layer and a premium-quality finish.

A practical, hard-wearing floor that looks the part too.
