The newly renovated NAAFI Building at the Lincolnshire Aviation Heritage Centre is now open to the public!
GRS were proud to carry out the full electrical installation on this historic WW1 building for Rodden and Cooper Ltd. Originally relocated from RAF Manby in the 1980s, the building has now been fully inspected, repaired, and expanded to include upgraded office space, a modern kitchen, warm toilets, and a new function room.
A mirror-image extension has also been constructed, replacing the old 1990s lean-to extensions and bringing the NAAFI fully up to modern standards — all while keeping the classic RAF heritage theme intact.
Our works included distribution, lighting, small power, intruder alarm systems, and disabled toilet alarms, carefully designed to blend seamlessly with the original character of the building.
A fantastic project to be part of 👏✈️
