Whilst we are still busy sorting prices for the new idea. We are still busy doing work for our regular customers.

We've laid some turf this week to replace a gravel area, managed to squeeze in some grass cutting.
We also removed a small hedge and trimmed another for two regular customers.

We need to know the demand is out there else it won't be possible. Setting this up will require us to expand, hire more staff and rent a unit, so we need to know that its worth putting all this effort in before we do it.

So we've been rushed off our feet lately. Fully booked now until 16th November.

This is one of our recent projects. New turf and top soil to replace a patchy lawn. We also stripped back one side of the driveway, removed some soil and added w**d membrane before replacing the gravel with a new bag added to level it all off.

So we were contacted by a customer who we had done a quote for. They had a friend offer to do the fence for them. We were then called as the finish wasn't quite what the expected.

It was left unfinished as the previous person ran out of boards. Incorrect spacing was the cause, rails weren't joined at the posts and the posts weren't spaced correctly. The gravel board was placed behind rather than under the boards and the rails weren't fastened to the posts correctly.

We aren't here to criticise people's work and the customer isn't to blame for who they chose. They weren't to know how it would turn out.
Take a look at the pictures to see the difference between someone who does and doesn't know what they are doing.

We just want to highlight how important it is to do your research before picking contractors.
