But the story behind it is completely real.

I have ADHD, which means my mind is often full of ideas, plans and possibilities. I can see the bigger picture clearly, but turning everything in my head into organised words, systems and actions has not always been easy.

That is where AI is helping me.

It helps me capture ideas before they disappear, write clearer customer messages, improve our systems and make sure important things do not get forgotten.

We even have an AI voice assistant helping to answer our phones. It gathers the essential details about your electrical enquiry so that, when I attend your personal quotation visit, I already have a better understanding of what you need.

It does not replace the personal conversation. It helps us prepare for it.

That means I can spend less time asking you to repeat information and more time listening properly, looking at the job and finding the right solution for your home or business.

AI is not replacing the personal side of Tack Electrical.

It cannot sit at your kitchen table and listen to your concerns.

It cannot carefully test your home, reassure you when the power goes off or take pride in leaving everything clean and safe.

That still comes from me and the Tack Electrical team.

What AI can do is help me build a better organised business around the things that have always mattered most:

• Looking after our customers
• Supporting my team
• Communicating clearly
• Keeping our promises
• Making homes and businesses safer
• Bringing back a little trust to the trade, one job and customer at a time

My family. My team. My health. My ambitions. My customers. Looping asleep on the desk. And one electrician with a very busy brain, trying to build something that genuinely makes a difference.

AI is not changing who I am.

It is helping me become more of the person and business owner I have always wanted to be.

Whilst changing some out of date smoke alarms in Buckhurst Hill, this little guy did not like the noise that we were making whilst we were testing them!!

I decided to have My colleagues cup of tea!! They only had one Sugar in but that was okay at least my hand was safe!!

Would you drink tea here?

Many people don’t know that smoke detectors actually go out of date not just the battery but the actual mechanisms that detects the smoke in the air
